Welcome to the Fourth Grade Class!

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  Against such things there is no law.  Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.          Galatians 5:22-24

“Use me, Lord” is the theme for the school this year!  The fourth grade, with the help of God, will carry this theme out by spreading the gospel news of our Savior Jesus Christ.  We will do this not only by telling others about the Christ Light stories we learn, but also by the way in which we act.  “Do the opposite” is the theme for the fourth grade.  Examples of doing the opposite are turning the other cheek, doing more than is expected of us, and never resort to excuses. The fourth grade will learn that hard work and perseverance is the ticket to success and that there is no easy way out.  We will strive for excellence in education, superiority in appearance, and perfection in manners.  It is our goal to become the best fourth grade class around.  Through the power of God we hope to develop a team atmosphere that lives out their fruits of the spirit.  Please keep us in your thought and prayers on our journey this school year.
