Some fifty years ago, a little boy grew up in a nurturing home in Oshkosh, WI where he attended a Lutheran elementary school similar to Garden Homes Lutheran. After finishing high school, he went on to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education. He began teaching at Garden Homes Lutheran School shortly after his marriage in the summer of 1975. God blessed the following years with the gift of five children and more than a dozen foster children.
Mr. Wesenberg now holds a master’s degree in administration earned from Concordia University in 1999. Having served the Lord in a variety of capacities at Garden Homes Lutheran over the years, he feels blessed to have the privilege of sharing the saving truths of God’s Word with the little children entrusted to his care on a daily basis.
When not at school, relaxation is found through woodworking and spending time with his wife and four beautiful grandchildren.
