Brenda G. Witkowski was born in Des Moines, Iowa, to Gilbert R. and Dorothy M. Randle. Brenda grew up in Davenport, Iowa with her adopted parents Charles D. and Parolee Williams. She graduated from Davenport Central High School.
In 1970, Brenda moved to Milwaukee, WI, where she began a successful, 39 year career at GE Healthcare. She began in the Engineering Department as a Blueprint and Microfilm Operator, but advanced to various positions in the Engineering and Service Division: CAE Design Specialist, Technical Education Program Coordinator in the Global Technology Organization, and Logistics/Operations Support Specialist in the Service Division. Brenda retired from GE Healthcare in 2009.
Brenda is a graduate if Alverno College, receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a minor in Business Management in 1992. In 1997, she received a Masters Degree in Management Sciences from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. In 2010, Brenda accepted the position as Garden Homes Lutheran Church Secretary.
Brenda enjoys horseback riding, golfing, cooking, and her grandchildren. She is married to Michael Witkowski of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Michael is a mechanical engineer and tool and die journeyman. Brenda and Michael have three grown children: Stacey Williams, Kofi' Mayfield, and Sara Whorton. The Witkowski's live in the Village of Merton but are members of Garden Homes Lutheran Church.
