About Garden Homes Lutheran School K3 Child Care

 

K3 is a full day program from Monday-Friday that  coincides with the GHLS school calendar.  

Our K3 classroom consists of one lead teacher, one full time aid, and one floating aid.  Class size is capped at 18. Students must be 3 years of age by September 1 of the school year they wish to attend.  Students must also be fully potty trained.

 

Students may arrive as early as 7:00AM to enjoy a free breakfast in the cafeteria.  The school day ends at 3:30PM with additional Extended Care hours until 5:15PM.

 

Garden Homes Lutheran School’s K3 childcare program is licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Our child care program has received a 4 Star Rating with Young Star.

 

Child Care Payment Options

Families may choose to pay tuition on a monthly or annual basis at the school office or through our online store. We also accept Wisconsin Shares MyWiChildCare payments for eligible families. Child Care Authorization must be made prior to the child’s start date. Garden Homes Lutheran’s Provider Number is 8000582568 and the Location ID is 001.

 

K3 Child Care Enrollment Procedure

Enrollment in the following school year’s program begins February 1 and is available on a first come, first-served basis.   All registration materials must be completed for admission to be finalized.

 

What must I provide to Garden Homes Lutheran School to Enroll in K3?

  • Complete the GHLS online registration via Gradelink

  • Child’s original birth certificate

  • Child’s immunization records

  • Complete all state required Child Care forms

  2. Authorization to Administer Medication (If Applicable)

  4. Health History and Emergency Care Plan 

 

If you are not the child’s parent, you must have legal documentation showing you are the legal guardian.

 

A parent or legal guardian of students paying tuition out-of-pocket must sign a payment plan contract in person.

 

When all documents have been completed and submitted to the school you will be notified of your enrollment status.
