Grades K4-8 Enrollment 

 

Garden Homes Lutheran School participates in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) and Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) The Parental Choice Programs provide voucher payments for eligible students in grades K4-8.   

 

Garden Homes Lutheran School Choice Enrollment Process

• Submit a MPCP or WPCP application online during an open enrollment period (https://sms.dpi.wi.gov/ChoiceParent/) and provide all supporting documents to GHLS prior to the close of the open enrollment period.

• Provide up-to-date immunization records and IEP records if applicable.

• Students entering K4, K5, or 1st grade must provide an original birth certificate

• Documentation and enrollment inquiries can be sent to choice@gardenhomeslutheran.org.
