End of Year School Dance:

You are cordially invited to join us for our “Night in Paris” school dance on Friday, May 16th from 5:30PM to 8:00PM to celebrate the close of the school year. Dress up in your best formal attire. There will be a live D.J., professional pictures, a 360º photo booth, and more. Tickets can be purchased from your homeroom teacher or the office.

School Accreditation

Garden Homes recently completed its re-accreditation process. The WELS Accreditation team performed a comprehensive assessment of our school and early childhood ministry on 308 different standards. Garden Homes received a grade of 97% with 35 commendations.

Track & Field Meets

The girls and boys track and field teams will be competing in two track events. The first is a girl’s relay team meet at Raabe Stadium on Wednesday at 4:00PM. The second is the LAA invitational meet at Wisconsin Lutheran High School on Friday, May 9th beginning at 9:00AM. The eighth graders are showing great leadership this year and we are anticipating another strong performance.

Holocaust Survivor Visits

On April 29th Holocaust survivor Ms. Edie Pump spoke to the 5th and 6th grade class about her experiences. This was an unforgettable lesson on the importance of hope and perseverance in the face of terrible adversity.

Student Group Fundraising

The eighth-grade class will be hosting a nacho fundraiser to help offset the cost of their class trip to Six-Flags amusement park. On Friday, May 16th at 2:15PM all classes will have the chance to purchase nachos with cheese for $2 and beef nacho supremes for $5.

On Tuesday, May 20th the girls basketball team will be holding a candy & chips sale to help fund the Lady Vikings summer basketball league. All items will be $1.00. Please, considering supporting these student led programs.
