WISCO Visits the 8th Grade Class:
On September 22, Mr. Brad Wetzel, the Director of Admissions, at our partner school Wisconsin Lutheran High School visited with our 8th grade class to talk about the next steps in their educational career. Wisconsin Lutheran is a high performing option where students can also continue to grow in their faith life. Currently 26 Garden Homes alumni are enrolled at WISCO and participating in academic clubs, athletics, and the fine arts.

Grade 6 Classroom Spotlight - Mrs. Fleming
Sixth grade has been working hard and putting math into action! We recently wrapped up our first math unit on ratios, where students had the opportunity to connect what they’re learning in the classroom to real-life situations. Students practiced finding equivalent ratios using recipes, calculated unit rates to discover which animals could travel the fastest and even compared unit rates to determine which items would be the better buy at the store. These hands-on examples helped students see how useful math can be in everyday life. It has been a blessing to see our students use their God-given gifts and abilities to problem solve!
Volleyball Season Strong Start

Attendance Policy Reminder
Every school day counts toward your child’s academic growth! Consistent attendance helps build strong routines and ensures students don't miss crucial learning moments. If your child must be absent, please remember to notify the school office as early as possible. Additionally, to help keep students on track with timely arrivals, please note that reaching five tardies in an academic quarter will result in a check-in call from our dean. Thank you for your partnership in making every school day count!
